If oil stays in 90s and Gas decent price do you think there is a reason why we should go past £24.50.

Oil, Gas, Renewables, Chemicals, Trading, Energy providers, Retails shops, filling stations, Manufacturing. ship & Plane fuel providers, Biomas.

Shell have a lot going on and are a long long way behind our American cousins....

I'm hearing that although China are persuing the same policy in principle on the actual ground it is much looser than before and I think China will be burning oil big time in the coming months.

On top of that we have winter in Europe who love their heating, low inventories throughout the world and the Russia oil embargo. Not to mention Sleepy Joes strategic puddle....

To be honest anyway I think the price will go you should almost certainly look at the opposite way.

Moving forward we have huge green projects coming online and are producing loads of cash to continue investing billions and billions each year.

The buy backs will continue but I can't see the dividend rising whilst we have all the negative publicity and people struggling with energy cost.

Shell for me is about as safe as investment as you can get in the stock market but having said that.....

As others have mentioned a bit of a sleeping giant which with all the noise about windfall tax and excess profits might not be a bad approach.

Long term a great company generating fantastic profits and doing some future green investments into the bargain……

We could go either way and I certainly don't expect to get huge rises but I think in 3-5 years this will be pumping out huge profits....

I think it will be a lot earlier than that.

This time next year some many countries will have LNG ports, more wind, solar and wave.

I think Russia will be up the creak.It will take years to build pipelines to transport their oil to China and they will be forced to heavily discount it. China will bleed them dry....

Love for us to have a decent week but very very cautious.....
