When you read the last 2 Rns we can see how much saving and hard negotiationing the board has done.
The leasing out of existing warehousing at a saving of 220 k month , getting rid of head office at 900k a year,
The retail shops going.
The big one in this last one which is for me huge in terms of immediate cash flow benefit ..
The agreement for franchise partners to pay the manufacturer direct !!
The cost saving this will generate is massive and really needs to be realised here .
Not only in not having to outlay thousands to manufacturers on what are usually 90 day terms if lucky but the saving on administration costs ..vat n tax ...brilliant move imo
Do have done this in tandem to secure 10 year and 25 year deals..who else can boast that in todays market place .

Basically now their middle men ' always where best returns are ....more control ..more freedom to step back ..observe and push this forward with much much smaller work force.
