No RNS. I think SBTX is now moving into the area of "bad form". It should let shareholders know something....

That is a misinterpretation of what I was trying to say....

They say they HOPE concluded.... But if not (now this bit is my meaning) the last day would be end of April to let us know if they successed with their hope. It would be tacky to wait until the "last day" of April so the most professional approach would be to tell us nowish or tell us nowish that "they need more time because of X or Y"... A Hope is like an "expectation" and if they cannot meet that "expectation" they should let us know....

I'm thinking MONDAY (or possibly Tuesday) is most likely day to relist or issue an RNS.... They must have got enough sorted now to know what is what...

Or an RNS to say they dont know what is what and it will take another month.

Either way Monday appears to be an honest way of dealing with shareholders - dont leave it to the last day - that is tacky and unprofessional.

Thanks Zoman (I've put it here as I'm trying to keep it in one place, as I'm old and I lose track otherwise)... Thanks once again... So "HOPE" might be the word that lets them off - but still I feel they should produce an RNS if they cannot make the date they "hoped" to achieve. It would be kind and nice to people and it costs them very little to keep us informed.

Do we have to be relisted by 30th April or the company has to produce a new RNS?

Bazzaman I made my fortune (such as it is - lol) on three micro companies. One AIM and one FTSE small cap. I cant mention their names because the last post I posted that mentioned a name of a company that was not SBTX the post was removed by LSE (to be fair it was another pharma so perhaps that was too close for comfort by LSE - I guess - I dont know).

But I will say, of the three, previous companies one was in primary and secondary school education (it no longer exists) and and another was (and still is) a software house. Lastly there was a high street retailer. Huge profits on AIM (or FTSE small cap ) can come from any direction. You just have to be ready and expect many failures too. Never go all in..... Even if an insider as even insiders rarely know the full story.

AS: So in your view do you think the Instagram Poster made a mistake and then deleted their post.. Google still sees it because it will be in the Google index for a while....

Bazzaman: I think raytheg and others (me) were right to support Ashmen before he was kicked out. I would not invest in a company if I wanted rid of the CEO/chairman etc....

The fact that you have been proved right (well done) does not change anything.... Had I known I would not have invested... Indeed I sold most after Sunshine Today left (It was getting wobbly even then)....

When (or if) this comes out of suspension unless there is some "excellent" news I'll just try and get as much of my cash back as possible. Zenakine is not proving to be as big as I once hoped - unless the news says otherwise.

ONE: Dividend is quarterly - that is a massive plus.

TWO: Dividend yield is 10.13% - that is a massive plus.

THREE: Share price appears to have hit bottom and is now edging up... So can pick up dividends and recovery...

This looks a good deal... We have tested bottoms and now its all about the BIG YIELD (easily covered says AI) and MASSIVE potential recovery..

Ob: They dont have to inspire confidence any more as they are no longer listed. If I was them i would not bother coming back until they had some very good news to report about money coming in - ideally from Zenakine and Superdrug.... And some nice words about patents in the USA and what not... Get all their dots and dashes lined up... None of us are in a hurry for a listing, we're in a hurry to make pots of cash..... If there is no cash, wait until there is.. I dont need confidence, I need the cash

Hi AS: I got that (hence my difficulty with instgram)... But the text as indexed by Google definitely says Zenakine.... The problem might be google indexing stuff incorrectly, OR the original post was removed OR one of the newer ingredients of that company does now use zenakine.... Its hard to say.....
