I will be speculating a lot until we get concret news. You'll have to deal with it. 😀

I'm currently speculating that the news will be worse than most think.... And as each day goes on I will get less and less hopeful of any good news.

It does not matter how good Zenakine is etc etc - if we dont get a penny out of it.

b) you also said "comment meaningfully" - speculation can be based on statistical outcomes of historic suspensions and thus is meaningful.

c) Waiting until "Frp report is released " is too late. An investor is going to need to have a view on various outcomes in the report. We might need to hit that buy or sell button quickly on monday (tuesday etc). Without playing the various scenarios in your head before hand you might easily miss the boat.

So AI says, based on statistics from past suspensions the news

is probably worse than we think...... (if an when it comes out of suspension)

Obviously AI is often wrong..... So touchwood its wrong this time... But they have had plenty of time to read the report etc etc..... So really SBTX should have come out of suspension by today...

If delay goes beyond Friday AI suggests "generally not a good sign" - up to 2 weeks is normal. Beyond 2 weeks something troubling

AJ Bell have the 20 min delayed price from SBTX now as 9.85

and says up 3.68

Someone somewhere is clearly doing something - whether its getting ready for re-instatement who knows - but bit unusal.

Yes I know what I think I might get (best) but I'd rather not think it at present.

Superjm9: It often pays to think the worst not the best. So I'm not expecting to even get 8p back (which was an inflated price as people rushed to get in on hope of some "Saving" news). If we get 20p to 25p I will be over the moon. I cant see it myself...

The accontants must have spent all the money left by now... Then we have the wages of the board..... And a thumping loss to cover....

Do they know something we dont or do they always do this 2 weeks after

Whackery: No not entirely meaningless..... I think there is some truth in AIs guess that the longer it goes on the worse the news most likely is going to be.

AI suggests within a week (or possibly next) are the last two weeks before we should up our level of worry......

It makes sense to me.

PS - if its not by FRIDAY this week cheap AI (ChatGPT) says:

(after Friday I would could the rest of may as tending ttowards the definition of late may).

AI suggests we should get an update THIS WEEK (statistically speaking) - this is its logic (alas just chatGPT not the more upmarket Claude):

mid-May 2026 → still normal

late May / early June → market likely starts getting uneasy

beyond that → investors may assume the investigation uncovered broader issues

So if I had to put a probability-weighted estimate on the next meaningful RNS:

~50% chance within 7–14 days

~75% chance within 30 days

<25% chance it drags materially longer unless findings are problematic.

AJ Bell had BUY price at suspension of 8p for SBTX.

So 9p is a 12.5% increase on the sell price....

So someone is paid over the odds on a gamble. They will not know any more than OPTI.

It might be that the person (or persons) who bought are just more confident than we are.

A lot of people are just more confident that they understand these situations than others.

The cost of the investigation will be massive. Do we pay (shareholders) or does an insurance policy?

It seems to me, as it stands, its touch and go whether we'll get anything out of this.

Is the company fundamentally bust? No wonder Croda did not buy the company - it sounds like a basket case.

On the other hand, if it was bust why would the new CEO take this poison challace?
