Anyone remember RBs average? I wonder if the recent news and rise has given him renewed interest here after those comments he made regarding Condor/MC a few months back. If production is acheived next year then he would do very well indeed on his investment, could that be enough incentive for him to invest more?

Nothing goes up in a straight line, we need weak hands to take profits and to consolidate at resistance points before moving higher. I expected a larger sell off after this rise to be honest. Happy to see we are holding here for the time being.

Sounds like a certain hedge fund manager is caught in a short gold trade and doesn't want the little people driving up the price even more!

Frenchie yours is similar to mine. My mrs is hounding me to buy a house and I've managed to put her off for a few years, couple more wouldn't hurt right? :D TBH she married this trade when she married me as I've been with Condor longer than her!!

The sweet spot would be to take some profit right when the bull market is peaking and property prices have tanked, if I can pull off that trade I'll die a happy man.

You say that livinhope but let's be honest, far too many LTHs have attacked MC over the years for their own bad trades/timing. MC is certainly not perfect, but I always thought it crass and unfair that individuals lashed out in this way. MC has done an incredible job of steering the company through this bear market and at the same time growing and derisking the asset. He has always looked out for shareholders best interests and I believe is an honourable man through the comms I've had with him over the years.

Many are saying that LTHs should be rewarded for sticking with the company and I shan't disagree, though let us not forget those who have done the real hard work here - may they be rewarded handsomely for their hard work and dedication over the long years. Let's hope our time if finally upon us (and gis a ten+ bagger while we're at it!).

Remember the weak pounds is better for condor since we earn gold priced in dollars. So the weaker the pound, the higher our (potential) profits making us a more attractive proposition for sterling-based investors.

Completely agree Tester, though all of us know that the fundamentals here have been amazing for years yet the sp has languished. The PFS was released in 2014! We see new people like Elise1 come and go over the years, buying in thinking they are geniuses if they are in profit whilst LTHs are nursing loses, without understanding that the fudamentals have outweighed the share price for years, and with each year the project is derisked and closer to production, yet the share price still refuses to value Condor justly.

We all know that based on fundamentals the share price should be much higher. The big question is what catalyst will it take for the market to agree and when is that catalyst coming. I also agree that when the funding question is answered then that is a huge signal that production is close (and therefore a buyout is highly likely with majors share prices having risen and looking to aquire juniors). Also a toll mining deal would put a big wind in our sails.

And nobody has mentioned that the next gold bull cycle is well underway! When insititutional money starts to flood back into the sector that will light a fuse under all gold equities, the juniors most of all when the time comes. Despite everything else going on, this is a *very* exciting time for all LTHs here!
