Can anybody work out how much the share price has to be in three years for Mo to get the full amount? I have attempted to work it out myself but I don’t think I’m coming up with the right number.

I feel that nothing will happen with DIM until after the COVID challenge studies are complete. I would think that the COVID data will make DIM much more valuable. So rather rather than spinning out DIM with the promise of jam tomorrow(COVID data) spin it out with the jam.

Yes your right. I think Its frustration at the share price and that there’s not many new hard facts for people to discuss at the moment. I think things might improve once we all feel like the company is moving toward another spin out.

Moniman congratulations on your 1% holding . I read this board regularly and post rarely, I understand now your attitude to others who you perceive to be deramping. The declining share price has been tough for me but I can’t imagine what it must have been like to see your holdings value go down by over £1million.

Just had an ad for flucamp apear on my Facebook feed, looking for volunteers to prevent the next pandemic. I’ve never seen an ad like this on FB before so it’s good to see.

Without the “pleasantly surprised” comment from CF the reaction would probably have been different. Personally I’ve done great with OO but CF’s comments have often left me with higher expectations over a shorter timeframe than has been realistic. Is that a fault on my part or his ? Despite the disappointments i won’t be selling anytime soon.

No I don’t view the core business as worthless and did not imply that. My point is the potential spins-offs are obviously driving the share price up, if/when a spin-off occurs and that value is no longer part of orph that will surely have an impact on the sp. Weren’t you second guessing by saying the spin-offs would have no affect on the sp?
It’s interesting that EKF’s share price had a similar trajectory to orphs over a similar time frame. It’s also interesting to see what happened short term to its share price after it spun out RNLX.

Moniman we have seen the sp rise around 28% since last week’s presentation with the news about the spin-offs. I don’t think it’s reasonable to say that the spin offs have no effect on the share price. We know the spin-offs have value despite what the balance sheet says, how many of us would be still be invested here at this price if it wasn’t for the spin offs?
I’m particularly excited about the DIM spin-off, when that happens surely the orph share price will reduce but we wouldn’t loose out as we will still have value in either the cash dividend or shares in the new entity.

Barwickman the limit is on how much money you can pay into your isa each year. Once the money is in the isa you can buy and sell as much as you like and it will stay in your isa until you actually withdraw the money from your isa. Any profits you take or dividends you receive will stay on the isa even if you have reached the limit of what you can pay into your isa that year.

Moniman and mark. My point was the things written this morning and the tone of them lead to an atmosphere where people believe it’s acceptable to abuse people they perceive as Chinese . You might think this unlikely but it already happened in the streets in the country last year.

I’m aware of the way ethnic minorities are being treated in China and how it has driven people to self immolation in protest and that is inexcusable and unacceptable. The Chinese concentration camps have nothing to do with the point I was making, the same as the history of where concentration camps originated from has nothing to do with my point.

I think people should reread the posts regarding China and where ever they have written China/Chinese replace those words with Jews or Jewish and see if they would still post it. Have we really forgotten where blaming one race for all the worlds woes led?

Tra1 I was watching this board before I was invested here and continue to have a look on here every now and then to see If any progress has been made and to learn. I don’t believe there is a rule you have to be invested to comment, or to be interested. I see from companies house that my previous suggestion that Antos came here because he wanted something from psl other than an RTO perhaps didn’t deserve the ridicule It received.
It’s also interesting to see who still regularly posts here and who does not, Some of those posters who first spotted and promoted the Antos couer gold theory appear to be long gone, no doubt having made their money from those of us that came after.
As for the bee keeper I can’t see any reason for him to be dishonest now the share is delisted so his continued suggestion of previous wrongdoing by the broker, and how it means the broker needs the RTO to succeed could be good news for shareholders.
I certainly won’t be following RKB anywhere as you suggested, there’s a high chance of being stung if you place yourself near bees.

Hello I have a look on here every now and then to see if there’s any progress. Countingcards what And where did Antos say something that you regret believing? I can think I plenty of things from this bb that would be regrettable if believed. It seems to me that Antos made no promises , other than the ones inferred by posters on this bb.

Ps remember the “IRREVOCABLE agreement”that he made. The word irrevocable in that statement jumped out to me and has always struck me as odd.
