Imagine a board in control of a dying company and its last ditch plan is to turn it into a cash shell and complete an rto. While in the process an international financier starts building a stake in the company (with objectives that don’t meet the companies) sparking rumours and speculation about an rto involving a gold mine.
It wouldn’t take much imagination to strike a deal that gave the financier what they wanted, while feeding the speculation. This would enable the company to raise more funds from the speculators anticipating the gold mine rto.

The last time I was on Westminster bridge I was fascinated by a large group of what appeared to be Eastern European’s gambling on the cups and ball trick. This is the trick where the performer (also Eastern European)has three cups in a row and one ball. The ball is placed under one of the cups and then cups are them moved around and eventually placed back in a row for the observer to guess where the ball is. The performer would demonstrate to passers by and invite them to guess where the ball was, during this demonstration myself and anyone else observing would closely watch the movement of the cups and correctly identify where the ball was.
The performer would then invite people to bet. The trick would be performed again and an Eastern European would place a £20 note on the cup where they thought the ball was and result they won £100 easy! There were cheers this guys an idiot he is literally giving money away these folks we’re having a great time winning his money.
Seeing how easy it was to win a tourist would have a turn. The tourist would carefully watch the cup under which they knew the ball to be hidden until they were invited to make their bet. Confidently the £20 note would be placed in anticipation of a windfall. Strangely though they must have made a mistake or had a lapse in concentration as when the cup was lifted the ball wasn’t there. No problem with a game this easy they could still be in profit but again their £20 would be placed on an empty cup and so on until eventually away they would go in disappointment.
Cups and balls is literally one of the oldest tricks in the book but people still fall for it because they’re blinded by greed and the chance to multibag on their £20 stake.
Unless you were an Eastern European who remained around the performer your chances of winning were zero. Imagine if I started warning people of what I had seen, I don’t think the performer and his club would have been too pleased. They may have tried to subtlety get me to move on or discredit me and if a persisted become more blunt in their warnings perhaps telling me “I’m no part of their club and to move on”. No doubt at the end of the day the coordinated actions of this club made them a lot of money.
My sincere hope is that tourists don’t lose too much money because of these despicable people and that the tourist plans for a good future come to fruition.

These wealthy people appear to use companies in the same way that others might use bank accounts. If you take a look at Alan Sugar on companies house you will see that he even had a company for arranging his own air transport. I always viewed a company as something to make money with, but perhaps the wealthy use them simply as independent legal entities with limited liability. Alan Sugar also has two entry’s on companies house.
I am not making any suggestions that Alan Sugar has anything to do with BOU just using him as a comparison.

Well applegarth you’ve certainly covered all bases there, I wouldn’t be surprised if your next suggestion was trial by ordeal. I don’t believe any one has reported their theory to lse that I am RKB so it would seem those on the “neonicotinoid is RKB bandwagon” are promoting another concoction they aren’t certain of.

Bermondsey Thank you for your post. I didn’t know that so that puts a whole in my theory.
Putting that aside for a moment,Where does the £1.7million come from? The tax losses are £8.5 million @20%tax = £1.7million.
The errors I made were quoting that figure from memory before I checked the results again and using 20% as the tax rate.
The correct figure would be £7.8million(£0.7million loss goes to bou) @17% tax = £1.326million tax saving. However this is all irrelevant in the light of your information.

It’s appears that it is acceptable to make predictions of a share price of 2p and claims of a “life changing opportunity “ without any reasons. But it’s not acceptable to questions or give your own thoughts with your reasons of how you came to them.

Convex in this years results section 30 (right at the bottom)under the heading “other” you will see most of the tax losses went with psl.

Tra1 if you spent £1million to buy something worth £1.7 million would you think you had a good deal? £1.7million is what the losses psl has can offset in tax. Add to that anything else of value in psl and the fact he still has his bou shares and you can see he has done very well already.

My name is not Martin. I bought psl shares back in March, took part in oo , topped up and sold all my shares earlier this month. I spotted psl on the riser board in March and after seeing what the story was on the chat bought in before doing my own research (foolish I know). After my own research I came to the following conclusions.
There were some posters on here who had done their research on Antos and came up with the couer gold rto. There were some claiming that couer had rights to high grade deposits when couers own geological survey stated the deposits are of low grade.(there is a link to this report if you look far enough back on the psl board) I started to suspect that the couer gold theory was just a concoction along with the forward selling theory to pump the price. I then started posting (asking questions)on here to try and discern weather people truly believe their theory or if they were just using it to pump the price. My user name along with my posts made it clear to Rkb ( we do not know each other)what I was doing. If you read between the lines of RKB’s posts he tells you what he was doing. I Don’t think RKB believed that antos was here for an RTO it was merely a fiction based on truth that served his purpose.
I don’t believe Antos is here for an RTO for the following reasons, if he was I believe it would have completed by now. He was free to buy shares so had no insider information which he would have had he been negotiating an RTO. Why did he buy the warrants after he bought psl? I don’t know but it could have been part of the irrevocable agreement and his on going support.
The way I see it Antos has already had more out of this than he has put in so if bou comes to nothing he is not out of pocket.

So why am I still here? I’m interested in how it turns out for bou, and I’m also interested in the agenders on this chat and throw my questions in to try and figure peoples out.

Here’s my thoughts I would be interested in others views as to why they could be wrong.

Have you considered that the price AG paid for his shares, the warrants and the £1 for PSL is a bargain compared to what he got in return? Was buying the warrants part of the deal for psl rather than just the nominal fee he paid.? IF the rto comes to nothing and AG’s shares and warrants become worthless he would still walk away with a good deal. If there is an rto then that would be an added bonus to him.

Jace86 did you say that the owners of 50% of this share have come to you for you thoughts?
