I honestly thought with the balcombe news the SP will rise. Well, it did rise though but its a shame that it couldn't hold much of that rise. one day ... one day ... GL anyway

No real holders are panicking mate. I didn't even sell when the SP gone below 6p so this retrace is just a correction as the SP climbed from 6p from last week. I think its happening because short term punters who bought for some fireworks are leaving for their next target, that's all. I do expect the shorters will play with ANGS in short term as the BoD has given them a gift with the Q3 news so I'm just a bit disappointed, thats all.

It was but thanks to our BoD, they ruined it by stating "by the end of Q3/18" as it seems. But hey, if you really believe in the company then few pence here and won't make any difference as it will definitely rocket when kimmeridge production will eventually start. GL mate

quick question. When the energy secretary will get involved if SCC doesn't give us the permission re Brockham? Do we have to follow the appeal procedure that or we could start talking to the Govt Department of Energy straight away? I know the guy set next to Jonathan Tideswell at the investor show 18 were talking about what the companies should do if the councils play dirty.

I didn't like this bit either baits. PV did say they will do balcombe first, then brockham. So if balcombe has been moved to the end of q3, just may be they want to do brockham first? I know I'm just speculating but what choice do we have? I just hope SCC councilors will be more professional than mo valley idiots. Where is PV with his cheeky smiles? :D GL :)

ibug Yes, you are right, they can't produce from Lidsey Kimmeridge. We need OGA's FDPA and permission for that. But surely the ESP will help to stabilise the X2 flow rate, right? Now that is a good thing.

As long as we get stable flow rates with the ESP, I�m happy! It�s wise to expect the least, don�t forget with our initial 400 barrels fiasco lol

RealAnalyst I just want the SP to have a sustained rise rather than a quick spike over 20-30p so I'm expecting the least but hoping for the best, thats all! But I agree on the recent fall on SP didn't make anybody happy, apart from the shorters. But whatever it was, its in the past now. Shareholders have gone through the pain of dilutions several times in all front and experienced the worst, And now is the time to get the reward and its gonna be massive. I strongly believe the shareholders deserve to see the previous highs again and I think it will be delivered this time! GL mate! :)

Set the bar low and experience a way higher SP on better flow rates. Lets stay with what the company has achieved so far which is 212! If the ESP even adds another 1 barrel but help the company with a stable rate, I'll be very very happy with it but will be extremely happy if level it adds further more! :) But its balcombe which is making my super excited! 23rd May which is the coming Wednesday, SCC will hear the holmwood project that a positive result from that would give the SP another life and finally Brockham X4Z on 20th June which is only 22 days away now! Happy days! :D

don't forget, where angus has 12.5% stake! Fingers crossed! :D

ibug I know it will last for week but my point wasn't that. ANGS just needs to prove that balcombe does flow and the rate is as much as or better than that of horse hill. That news alone is worth millions. Who knows, the big boys (BP, Shell) might decide to take a slice of the field as Cuadrilla own the major share of that licence! I know its all just speculation at the moment but who knows what might happen. GL anyway

Perhaps they wanted to announce approval with the operatorship news ... but I'm telling you ibug, ANGS shareprice will rocket when balcombe starts.

I just can't agree more! Thanks for pointing it out. Jonathan Tideswell is a professional guy! He knows the technicalities pretty well and a proper driller. I remember Leo Koot of CERP said in his first presentation he worked as an assistant driller with shell but didn't want to become a full pro driller as its too tough. Tideswell is a pro driller and supervised all the drilling processes.
