WPP pays $19 Million to settle bribery claims. Relating to 2013 - 2018
WPP has agreed to pay $19.2 million to resolve charges levelled by America’s top markets watchdog.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission reached a deal with the FTSE 100 marketing conglomerate after finding that it had “violated the anti-bribery, books and records, and internal accounting controls provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act”.

So yes the drop on Friday could be related to this news? Maybe the market is concerned it’ll happen at S4?
