Domestic Gas Development Investment

Accugas, a Savannah Petroleum Company, built a gas processing and transportation infrastructure network at a cost of over $1 billion comprising a 200 million standard cubic feet per day processing facility and 260km of main gas pipelines capable of transporting 600 million standard cubic feet of gas per day(mmscfd).

Accugas is the operator of the 200 mmscfd Uquo Gas Processing Facility in Esit Eket, processing gas from the Uquo and Stubb Creek fields where it has licence interests. This is the single largest privately-owned gas supply system in sub Saharan Africa.

Yes. Check the RNS this morning. Total no. of shares is now 996.4m. Exactly as we were informed.

Let’s remember that the SP may have gone down but the value of the company today has actually increased by some 2.3% due to some 90 m shares added today. It’s the market cap that values the company not the SP. So the market has added some £5m to the market cap despite receiving $54m.

The 4.19% was based on 879’769’427 shares in issue so they had 36’840’180. Now at today’s date there are 970’435’735 shares in issue so now they have 61’913’799 shares so they have increased by around 25million shares. Also interesting is that the RNS states it replaces a previous notification with the wrong percentage but I don’t see that anywhere?

While the STH’s sell the II’s are hoovering them up.

We may all be disappointed but remember this. We are reliant on nobody going forward now. We don’t go cap in hand begging for money , the future is in our hands to build this company. You contrast that with all the poor sods in Sirius?

Any such insider information would also have to be delivered to someone high up in the food chain with power over a lot of shares if the 5% drop before WD result was in fact a tip off.

I think SXX shows that you can have all the resource in the world but if you haven’t got the money to get it out it’s worthless. There is a report that there are mountains of gold on the moon but try getting it back here!

What SAVP have done to combat that with 7E, is essentially take over a distressed company which “could” be very cash generating at rock bottom cost with world bank guarantees which will generate the cash to fully exploit Niger.

It could be the AIM deal of the century, let’s see if they pull it off. I’ve got 200k reasons to hope it does but I’ll never invest in an AIM share again.

Savannah Petroleum

Savannah has announced the signature of a loan facility with an initial tranche of $5m expected to be drawn immediately. The terms are a fixed interest premium of 7% payable on the principal amount (and a potential future draw if another $5m) to be paid at maturity, 17th January 2020. The principal amount plus interest can be repaid at any point up to maturity and in the event of not paying or the Seven Energy Transaction not proceeding can be converted at the facility providers discretion at a range of prices.

The loan provides liquidity to fund working capital and general corporate purposes ahead of the planned completion of the Seven Energy Transaction which is expected to occur ‘significantly in advance of the maturity date’ when the company expects a cash inflow of $74m.

74’000’000 Dollars cash in the pocket on completion. Think about it guys!
No more dilution, cash to progress Niger and all the time more cash coming in every month.

Risk to reward now is at its lowest I’ve ever seen and I’ve been here a bloody long time - fingers and toes crossed we all get a nice present before Xmas!

Short term loan taken out to provide working capital. No placing here.
