So if you are going to issue shares to keep the cash from what was supposed to be a short term loan to tie you over whilst completing the 7e deal why not just have a placing and save the interest associated with a loan??

Simply Wall Street did a piece on Fevertree boss increasing his salary by 4 due to his company’s success. And you know what. Good for him he’s earned it. As part of the research they say this. “ As part of our analysis we looked at companies in the same jurisdiction, with market capitalizations of UK£1.6b to UK£5.1b. The median total CEO compensation was UK£1.9m.”

That is for companies at a minimum £1.6 BILLION MC. It just beggars belief it really does.

Well said Agadem. IF I’m still a holder I’ll be making the trip down from the Midlands to the AGM. The money that AK and his gang have taken out of SAVP is obscene. I was always amazed I’ve got more shares then some on the board.

For the third year running, we have researched the remuneration of directors of AIM listed companies and over this time some interesting trends are becoming apparent.

CEO median total remuneration for AIM listed companies is £277k which is 15% higher than the equivalent figure for 2016 and is even higher when looking at a like-for-like sample of companies across the period. This is clearly considerably higher than that experienced by the average full-time employee in the UK and even the increases seen by other directors.

The business itself could be wonderful and that’s why I stay invested. Andrew Knott is totally out of his depth but Steve Jenkins has to take some blame here for letting him just carry on. We desperately need an activist investor to shake them out of their cosy money grabbing Typical AIM lives.
