UV / Colour sorters are in-line before the mill. The sorters feed the mill rather than the other way around, so no reason the sorters couldn't be calibrated / updated before the mill is in place.

I don't see any reason to expect the new ball mill to arrive significantly before the end of the month, so probably within the next 10 days or so. The departure from the manufacturing site may also not be RNS'd, as we've not had that info on any other kit, so no reason to expect it with the mill. I believe next news will be arrival of ball mill on site.

It's not that the value wasn't there. The company who bought the 50% bit off more than they chew, were cash constrained, and put their efforts into another asset (Copper mine).

Absolute hogwash. Goddard got paid in the number of shares at the market value of 0.26p / share that paid their bill. PREM are not accountable for the price at which Goddard choose to sell the shares they have agreed to be paid with.

Jaglith, the plant has never been signed over to PREM by Stark, because the plant hasn't been run at nameplate capacity. Any advice OEMs to PREM on how to run the equipment is irrelevant. It's up to Stark to supply the plant and iron out the bugs, until it runs as specified.

OK, if you have such a clear idea what the operating costs are, please let us lesser, naive mortals know.

The plant has been running, stopping, starting, re-starting, re-stopping. Currently the plant has been sat idle for several weeks and mining costs are currently $50k a DAY, according to GR. Mining costs are sky high, as they open the pit. Will they remain this high?

I ask again, what is the updated production cost per ton of spodumene, Nhjj?

We don't have a figure for current operating costs, because the plant is not operating.

Repayment term 12% is not clear, but you may well be right about that, as those are the terms agreed via RNS. Canmax have not demanded their repayment either (in cash or shares), hence the current repayment rate is not clear.

You are not factoring in the profit share from sale of Lithium Carbonate produced by Canmax.

Thanks for pointing to the RNS 20/11/23 which outlines the estimated sale price of spodumine at $800 USD / ton and operating costs of $486 USD / ton.

Even if the operating costs were to double, there is still money to be made, as the current spodumene price is well north of $1300 / ton. The original scoping study was based on $334 profit per ton, before tax.

Where does it say that in the RNS? It doesn't, because you just made it up.

Canmax have their expenses for processing. They make a profit on the sale, after expenses and split the profit with PREM.

Martinigirl, your maths assumes that there are no cash reserves. You are making assumptions, Assumptions are not facts.

You can't categorically tell me that Canmax were not one of the institutional investors. Canmax may have requested not to be named. GR might have elected not to say (for whatever reason). Nomad did not sign off on the RNS. This could be the reason why. Again, you are making assumptions and represneting them as facts. You don't know any more than anyone else here.

Martinigirl I have no idea what your agenda here is, but you seem determined to run the company and it's shareprice into the ground at any opportunity you get. You have not idea what the monthly cashburn is, or who the Institutional investors are. Please stop presenting your negative garbage as facts.

I buy on low sentiment and sell on high sentiment. The current SP does not correlate with the plant progress over the last 12 months. It correlates with negative sentiment due to unrealised expectations.
