If my memory serves me correctly wasnt PG10 meant to be thing high/fast producing well(Ferrari) with a shorter life span, and PG11a the lower producing well(VW Caddy) that would produce for longer? If that is the case, now we only have PG10 what is its life expectancy? Is this why it is being throttled back?
In response to my email regarding Dempsey and updates on other projects; Hi Xxxx, Global wildcat well success rates traditionally run at around 1 in 10 to 1 in 12. This reality means that most wildcat exploration wells have at least a 90% chance of being dry - ie 90% chance of failure. Dempsey is not dry and is going into production to produce valuable cash flow. So, to answer your question bluntly - firstly, the BOD do not consider the results from Dempsey to be underwhelming. Secondly, we would not release an update on a project as a reaction to another project's results in any case. However, we are not sitting by and watching the grass grow. We are mindful that shareholders fortunes and confidence waxes and wanes by the minute with volatility in share prices. Updates on projects will be forthcoming in due course appropriately as significant progress and news unfolds. Kind regards Tom
CF, by the way thanks for the continued posting of all the links, some great finds you’re posting. Keep up the good work
My Top up earlier not showing, probably hidden on NEX!
Only Colin can answer that whyast. On a positive note, thought it was a reasonable interview and hope there is genuine interest being shown. Still feel as though Colin needs to deliver more before the AGM, or his position could be in doubt.
Rosewall, you should really try growing up, not everyone sending this letter is affiliated with BMD if in fact anyone is. We are all entitled to our opinions, and constantly calling anyone that has a different opinion to you a moron or part of the infestation is quite frankly pathetic!
Letter looks good to me so far..... question for me would relate to Geo’s role and the work that they have done to date, Do they have the expertise for these types of wells, can other contractors be used, why are paying them to keep messing up the work?
