I have bought a few shares recently before ev divi date and on the ex dividend the share hasn't done its usual thing of dropping the % the divi was worth.

Mainly this was due I feel to the fact the SP was already so low.
This isn the case here and its at a near year high.

Can I just ask to LTHs do they expect this to drop 8% Thursday?? Is this share known to drop the % of the divi.

I'm going to purchase today what ever i think and hold them for a while but curious for opinion

I've personally not seen a share where its NT to buy but you can sell.

Normally both go to auction at the same time so NT for both buy/sell

NT to buy again even 10 quid but can sell 10 million now for 87.6p

Baron oil was 0.158 to buy at 8.10am today

It's now nearly 0.20 to sell and there are lots of sellers up 10k but it's holding price.

My buy is there too and I think think this is cheap after yesterday's update BUT in the interest of fair ramping those are not all buys. Yes they say buy and are blue but your experienced enough to know buys and sells are not always listed as correct. Some of those were traded at 0.83 and are definitely not buys

Just to let anyone on here know with an account with Hargreaves I've had a reply and we WILL receive the scrip dividend. They have done this automatically for share holders as they have done the previous scrip dividends.

Thats great news but not sure it's the same for every broker.
