The MMs as people say on here are market makers, the guys on the sock exchange floor, they decide the spread. There way of making money off the shares.

the spread is the difference between the ask and buy. You buy the shares at the ask and sell at the bid

yeh but i want to sell , bought in at 4p thats including the spread!
