President Xi would not be visiting Moscow on a whim that Putin will just accept his peace proposal. The plan has already been sent to Moscow and must have be perceived practical and workable in order for Xi to bother visiting.
China also would not risk the humiliation if it thought its hand at diplomacy would fail. China needs peace as does the rest of the world.

If Zelensky has any sense he will listen and cooperate with Xi. Listening to Biden has ruined Ukraine, continuing to do so will ensure he is finished too.

Good to see someone finally challenging these ludicrous sanctions. I strongly believe they will not be deemed unlawful in court. The grounds on which Evraz has been sanctioned is baseless and laughable to say the least.
