After receiving my certs. I have only sent that email to Olivier confirming my details. Is this considered as ‘AIX registered’? With the headache Tabys is I can’t be bothered right now, only want to do what’s absolutely necessary.

Unlikely you could transfer quick enough now. Some brokers have also stated they will not be taking transfers of polymetal.

It appears that HL were one of the few brokers who were not issuing certs. Unfortunately it may well be too late to transfer to anyone. You can of course continue to hold and should receive any dividends. You will however be locked in with no sell until they relist the split business.
