LW - Mike has continually raised funds without SP discounts to progress the DFS, and is on course to deliver this with very little share dilution (register should maybe reach 300m by the time the DFS is complete). You are always pretty bearish about BRES so wondering what concretely you would have liked to seen done differently over the last 2 years that would have still enabled the progress made?

LW I think the AI is already in? The share register has gone up by approx 15m since the start of the year

I've felt the frustration before as well trust me and we all want things to happen yesterday - very confident that patience will be rewarded in this case, either through a buyout or (ideally) making it all the way to production. CEO is also easily one of the best in the UK small caps market. Keep the faith!

We're about 4 years out from purchasing the asset and we are approx 6-9 months away from DFS completion, with 5m funding and a letter of intent for full funding solution from the US govt, two bulk samples programs complete and firsr offtake signed with the Chinese firm responsible for the testing (what does that tell you?), all with minimal dilution to shareholders. Only thing which has been materially delayed is the prospectus. What else are you wanting from a pre revenue company exactly???

Incredible RNS, the offtakes for small flake/SPG are going to be very interesting by the sounds of it. Hats off again to Mike who continues to do an outstanding job here, especially on risk mitigation - I see no way that BRES doesn't make it to production or is bought out, either one which should reward shareholders very nicely

Bigger volumes now getting paid at 6p+, other underrated aspect here is our small float which is another by-product of Mike's excellent financial management and means not much is on offer as we move up

Whoever wanted the 4.50 topup its all yours haha. I'm wondering when we get the prospectus if any of the bigger holders are responsible for the pretty relentless selling? I doubt it but you never know. Otherwise outside of people flipping for a quick 10-20% I really don't understand the rationale of selling down here considering the progress made but each to their own

It was a great decision to process our graphite in China, otherwise we would have had to go with the original plan of building a pilot plant in Uganda with all the extra costs that would have come with it. The first sample was to prove the material could be upgraded to 95% (and then 99% concentrate), this time we will have enough material to send to potential offtakers who will want to do their own confirmation testing before agreeing any offtakes

Sasha (investor relations guy) has stated the prospectus is with the regulator, this should be down to delays on their side rather than anything nefarious with the investment - but until it lands we won't know for sure of course
