We all know HBR has diversified at the right time, but I think Labour are deluded enough to think oilers in the NS will just hang around and be taxed into oblivion

Well as yet again the true bid is being hidden within a wide spread (38.55p) I think the amount of selling on a 'no news' day has been pretty low and seemingly contained within a period around lunchtime

Are we waiting on an RNS confirming the Shell loan has been cleared, or do we just take it as read having received the replacement loan?

Well 93k of sells in the last 90 mins (with rather a lot of round number sells) was seemingly enough to take 2p off the price

I think the MMs take a perverse delight in trapping those who buy into a Sareum spike on a good day

Well....a large (for ORCA) late reported trade of 150k at 8.9p

Could have been a sell trade being worked over a few days, or someone mopping up the recent sells. Also the two trades before it look like buys as the timestamps are too far apart to suggest something like a linked 'cash and SIPP' trade imho

Unfortunately as Woodland Capital went below 3% on 08.04 we will probably never know if they have continued to sell down

Either that or the FOMO is real and building again lol

Well each day with no update provokes more small lot selling which gives MMs just the reason they need to lower the price

I would prefer not to receive good news when the share price has sunk into the 20s

As always when we have a wide spread, they are hiding the true bid price which is actually 33.51p currently

Presumbly caused by people's lingering perception of what Labour are going to do to NS investment. Brent is barely changed, and FTSE is up a bit

We all know the Wintershall deal will diversify HBR at just the right time, but I think this week has just been about the damn Labour manifesto and their desire to raise the EPL and scrap investment allowances. Its just put a downer on things regardless of our great things to come.

Plus markets in general have bee gloomy after the euro-elections

Well someone was keen to get out this morning. 3 x 22k sells and the share price heading toward 18 month lows

Having said that, having seen the sheer econominc illiteracy Labour are going to show toward oil companies in the NS, I guess you cant blame them.

Dont get me wrong Im pleased they got this sorted but I think theyve moved the goalposts from the original announcement

The first RNS stated no fees or interest if the farm in completes. 6% if it doesnt. Now we seem to have 6%-9% regardless.

The pull of 40p seems to be pretty strong -we dont appear to have yet defeated this level of roundnumberitis

I get it that loan drawdown is scheduled for that date, but that money is going to discharge an existing loan. So what am I missing?
