Random jolt downwards at start of day - check

Abrupt turn round to unchanged - check

Prolonged period of nothingness - in progress

Pull down at end of day to make people feel miserable - TBA

All imho....but I see they just dropped the offer for no apparent reason

Supposedly on the back of a 30k buy they raise the bid back to overnight levels.

Check back in an hour to see if any delayeds come through, else its MMs playing absolute silly buggers.

They are supposed to make a market, not openly try and fleece people out of their shares. Im surmising they are trying to trigger stops at 40p or below

Every time they widen the spread to 3p you just know they are hiding the trur price in order to make things look crap

Well theyve dropped the bid 3p this morning on basically bugger all selling

Bid price hit 38p over an hour ago, so basically delayed trades should have shown up from that time.

So they have chopped the bid 3p on 54k of sales. Not to mention the fact they chpped it 2p going into the close yesterday

Methinks they are using every day now without news as an excuse to try and panic out the impatient

Purely out of interest is there anything worth researching in Genedrive? Is it a decent business (despite being driven into the ground) or is it a cash burning basket case?

They have just raised a decent wedge of cash so short term they can stay in business

The lack of market regulation this low down in the market truly is staggering!

A strong start indeed, but yet again they are hiding the true bid price within a wide spread

Headline is 45-48 but actual bid is 46.5p. Seems a pretty consistent MM tactic recently

With such a large number of shares, in hopefully by then a FTSE 100 company, I would think a good chunk of BASF's holding will find a new home via a secondary placement.

I dont think they will be left to sell the shares in the open market.....would be a very big anchor on the share price. Being FTSE100 would likely mean other instis would form an orderly queue to take up the shares....then its just a question of price

Been a while since we heard from this rich guy. I dont think for one minute he would have increased his stake without knowing of the Wintershall DEA deal, but I wonder if his strategy is just to have a decemt % of FTSE100 company, or if Zama is what he is really eyeing?

Well just maybe those shares were bought around 10/11p and someone wanted to bank a 250% profit.

Not keen on big bouts of profit taking like we saw drop the price yesterday, but one trade doesnt indicate mass panic, and if the selling is absorbsed, it adds strength to the uptrend

As always, any period between news results in a continuous drip lower. The last KPIs were really good but we are heading back to pre-release levels....what can the company do aside from delivering on forecasts?
