As per the company's release dated 25 March, we are actively considering options open to us, which would, of course, include other non-sanctioned banks. Further announcements will be made in due course, once we have something to announce.

Force majeure

Surely a bit of force make ire in play here, should be written into pog’s contract with gazprombank, I’m sure if someone is willing to sift through the details they may find something. I might request relevant details from the company on that matter. I have already emailed the company pr division on the matters regarding current cash position etc. Even if worst case the company suspends it’s own business temporarily if it’s got enough cash to ride this out. I’m exploring all options atm etc

So far all we know is that we can’t pay our debt off due to a technical difficulty. Let the board try and work with Gazprombank to find a solution. If not then the vultures will be circling for a takeover. I just can’t see that happening atm
