The simple answer is no. There is no legal obligation to advertise jobs internally or externally. But employers and managers must pay attention to any collective agreements to see if they specify whether roles need to be advertised internally first before resorting to external methods

And trust me if they dont do internally they can have a tribunal on their desk even there is no law, but the deco dont need to advertise externally

Youre wrong, positions do not gave to be offered externally at all, but they have to be offered internally in the uk any way, Australia may have different laws!

Well ive a couple of grand in my isa and got my sipp through today and put a couple more grand in. At 8am this morning, so fingers crossed. Im looking frm my next greatland gold, heavily invested there but firmly sitting on my hands with them

Hey if every investment i made made made money straight away id be a god, but if you hold long enough they cone back round. Im new to this personal investing, in about two years but overall im up 40% which has only just gone into profit over the last 6 months but my investments have performed better than my pension so im happy and i can see president doing well with the new parts of the puzzle being added. Fingers crossed fir everyone invested

President had a bad bit if luck, bottom line look at who is invested, low debt, profitable, pipe line, oil yesterday 43 dollars a barrel , Argentina in august $45 dollars min kicks in so we have a safety blanket, drilling next 3-6 weeks ish. Whats not to like
