Yes of Course they do but the 30% of the capex should be quite low. Much of the cash is spent building plant and getting permit but in this instance we have that in the bag. I would say US$25-30m tops on 100% basis to get this into production and quite probably a lot less.

$10-15m on the mine site preparation and pre strip.

Then $10m on plant modifications and commissioning.

Say - $5m contingency reports and consultants.
