Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Placing at 50p Gooding, read all about it in the RNS above.
That trade's ten year anniversary today then NewK! :-D
(And actually I bought a few above £3 the same day but didn't even hold them to the day's end, when what had hitherto seemed like an unstoppable train suddenly run out of puff and started heading in reverse...)
Just for the record, the share price hit 324p early in March 2011. I know Google Finance doesn't show it, because of the dilution since then, but that's definitely correct. I'm not sure what the MC was then since the RNSs from that time don't appear to be on either the company website or on investegate.com.
Over eleven years from my first purchase here! Used to lurk on the ii forum and have fond memories of that time. Who here remembers names such as CEOBob, PeterboroughMatt and SiFiUK?!? Wonder how those guys are doing now. Moved on years ago I guess. (And tbh I've not held the entire time thank God). This share bankrolled me back in 2010, be nice if it did it again this year.
Has anyone actually read this article? I've tried a few times but it seems to have been removed.
My thinking is that it's either fake news planted to aid a pump OR it's accurate but the company has asked them to remove it so that they can announce it tnrough the proper regulatory channels.
Until an RNS is issued I think the share price will be the best indicator of which is more likely.
FTSE 100 and 250 have a delayed opening today, don't know why...
Other indices trading normally.
That's the UT trade Bootsox so not a single trade as such, but yes, it's been a high volume day...!
According to my L2 provider, the VWAP is exactly 175, so I would say that that is the price that a big seller (Invesco?) is selling for at the moment. Until that iceberg is cleared I doubt there's much upside potential. But with the RSI so low, will there be many sellers below 170???
ALM currently being discussed on FT AV Markets Live: PM Suppose we've got news on who was whacking Allied Minds 11:12 am PM Invesco 11:12 am PM http://www.investe...1704070941399155B/ 11:12 am BE Which was the legacy of Woodford, wasn't it? 11:12 am BE He filled up on them while there, then filled up again after leaving. 11:13 am PM Yep -- Invesco held their holding, rather than selling it to Woodford when he left 11:13 am PM And now... 11:13 am PM Well... 11:13 am PM That's some overhang 11:13 am PM 58m shares 11:13 am PM GIC taking some of the slack, but there's a way to go 11:14 am BE That was always an odd detail to this story. Yeah, you're quite right AUNBoy, apologies! Still quite an overhang tho, whoever's it is... Interesting to see what Woody does next.
OK, yep, I stand corrected (I still think of him as Invesco Perpetual). So him and Invesco hold 55% between them, blimey.
AUN, I thought Woody was Invesco...
Woodford turned seller so it seems... http://www.investegate.co.uk/allied-minds--alm-/rns/holding-s--in-company/201704070941399155B/ So he's been part of the 'noise' of the last few days... :-/ Still technically very oversold, but if Woody wishes to keep selling down his position then that's one hell of an overhang to clear, making buying now a less attractive proposition. I was wondering why the MMs wouldn't give a quote to sell even 500 shares when the price got over 175...
It's particularly galling to see Primary Bid going great guns doing exactly what Teathers should be doing / should have done. Not as galling though as seeing the old board to have seemingly got away without sanction for their appalling behaviour here. I await your future projects with interest guys, it's become clear what kind of people you are.
Sounds pretty crap service to me. Other than their clearly insufficient procedures, what is their rationale to deny certifying your stock? I'd call them back and ask for your request to be escalated. I really can't see why they would not certify delisted stock - Barclays do it (for a fee of £30 iirc).
