Just to be clear on RNS, it says:
"At this level of export and on the basis of ruling prices and terms, this equates to circa 190,400 dmtu. Gross revenue is determined by future selling price. The most recent sale was for a shipment of 1,405 ton of lump ore and the price per dmtu was US$5.00."
5,600 tonnes of ore per month produces 190,400 dmtu of manganese
190,400 dmtu x $5 per dmtu = $952,000
$952,000 revenue per month
Let me repeat what I said yesterday coz I think its important. The RNS yesterday made it clear what we are voting on in the SGM...we are voting on a stake in a revenue producing mine generating close to $1m per month which represents roughly 14% of the annual target of $80m by 2021. An asset valued based on plant and machinery only so we are essentially getting the mining and prospecting licences and 2 producing open pit mines for free plus all the development work done by previous owners and the mining expertise. The cooperation agreement between MNH and PREM benefits RHA too. The scope for expansion is huge and it doesnt need a lot of capital because they already own the machinery and equipment. Operating expenses will be low as they dont need to hire a mining contractor as they do thier own mining. Its a winning ticket imo.
