thats right Matt. The deal with MNH is far from being concluded. PREM are looking to increase its stake, due to head room limit this cannot be done with a placement. Deal will hinge on the EPO imo which is the reason why its important to get the paper work done. My thoughts on MNH is they are interested in the lithium.
Misinformed about Zulu. Its well known that prem is looking for a JV partner to fund it.
Katete REE is on the back burner until revenue starts coming in.
GR stands to benefit hugely from a circum divi and is looking to cash out for retirement.
What else do u need to know that could help u understand? lol
Is it for the reduced operating cost for RHA and Zulu development that has been significantly reduced? Prem has effectively become a mining contractor. Also revenue from the manganese and tungsten asset in 2020 will be more than enough to pay for working capital
