Yes. A small company, who no longer need QD's for their display. One or two on here presenting exceedingly misleading information and thus impossible to take seriously. I wish they'd pipe down a bit as posters with better info run the risk of being of being drowned out by the all the noise. Wonder where Esker's has gotten to?

Plessey won't want them. Their microled displays have little use for QD's going forward.

I flagged up about Plessey's resent improvements in their red spectrum microled eighteen posts earlier, but it didn't seem to diminish the blinding optimism.

Not too sure about the future of the Plessey partnership, bearing in mind their announcement a couple of months ago that they had developed native red for their microled platform. With the native green having been announced earlier, surely that removes all requirement for quantum dots in their displays?

I think it was probably both camera and AR glasses. As I recall the agreement was expanded upon. Just so happened both products got kicked down the road.

We have no evidence to support that there are lots of companies knocking at the door. We just know there probably are more than one.

I don't think anyone here doubted the potential of Nanoco, but sales have been slow to non-existent , which is why we are where we are.

I don't doubt that those who have come in since the big drop last June will do very nicely, but most holders of the company bought in long before that on positive signals from the company.

Also bear in mind that Nanoco were linked in with Dow/Dupont from early on. They certainly had the money to put the tech out there, but they didn't- why that was the case has never answered.

Somewhat over enthusiastic speculation here since the recent rise. I would temper expectations. Nanoco have routinely under delivered on the commercial aspect, and the sale may do little to improve on that. If that proves to the contrary then it will be a pleasant surprise.

I think most holders, are still well underwater at present, myself included. The share price will have to double from present levels for me to be out of the red.

Dismal performance from this company.

China is already cad free isn't it? Bigger market to address and would be surprised if they had a two stage system for different markets. We'll see I guess.

Good to see a major holder adding to their position though, that should inspire confidence in those holding long.

I would estimate somewhere around the present share value, perhaps a bit less.

Never been any inkling of sale in the years I've held, until the 'Guy fawkes' RNS.

I'm just watching and waiting. Been on this ride now for almost four years, can wait a bit longer. I expect the majority of LTH's are the same. Seems to be mainly ticked off ex-holders and shorter term holders who've bought in since the big fall in June that are speculating, presumably wondering if they should pocket a small profit now, or wait for a potentially much larger one, or possibly lose out.

Well the facility was built to manufacture Quantum dots, so it's a factory, albeit a small factory. A lab is built to carry out R&D, experimenting etc.
