15p for me wished I'd never heard of COPL years spent watchig my life savings slip away.

Sorry to hear you've swallowed the loss Matt I think my losses on this are currently running at about 90k so think you've been really brave to face up to it and swallow that extremely bitter pill. I'm going to try and brave it out and hopefully it will turn at some point. All the best and hopefully you can make your money back somewhere else.

Eddyc & Bolton like yourselves I encouraged a couple of friends to buy in as was swayed by all the hype of £5/£7/£10 a share. I now find it harder and harder to face my friends as the share price drops further and further down and what seems no chance of ever breaking even again nevermind any sort of profit.

Well said nogamble, like yourself a lot of other long time holders have come to the conclusion our CEO is not batting for our side. He is simply stringing us along for as long as he can get away with it and when his latest bird brain planning goes bad again he can just consolidate his mistakes and investors into the past and start afresh.

Bob we all know deep down Art has already had all of his chances and in all fairness he just isn't up to the job he's absolutely clueless and has absolutely zero business acumen whatsoever. And to cap it all off he would throw every single one of his loyal shareholders under the bus to pay for his mistakes without a second thought and reward himself and the also useless CFO in the process. Do not waste your time feeling sorry for such a special man who is on par with a certain Donald Trump for narcissism.

Struv5, I'm also with IG and couldn't see anything on the APP where I could vote so I checked my emails and found the forms on there. If you hold COPL in an ISA and a trading account like me you will have 2 forms so make sure you vote down this ridiculous consolidation like I have.

Stasi20 there are many holders here who are firmly in your camp who no longer believe in our illustrious leaders ability to deliver the goods here. Just a lot prefer to not engage with the obviously paid rampers and those that prefer to not see a complete disregard for the shareholders that are paying his exorbitant wages for failure.

I used to be a staunch supporter of Art and the company but have changed my stance over the last couple of months due to one c**k up after another ar board level. My faith has all but gone that I will get my investment back nevermind a profit. I will definitely be voting no to another consolidation as for me it just leads to a falling share price and more share placings leaving me even further away from break even than ever.

Yes Shaa less shares until they issue more. To try and dress this up as good news to existing shareholders in anyway is delusional. To go down this route would signal no RBL and a poor JV as the company would continue to need extra funding.
