Agreed laidback: I've averaged down again and am in with a high portfolio %.

I think they have a good opportunity in the covid era to do contracts better than smaller companies can themselves.

Pretty decent size too imo

So nice to see a rise after issue.

Probably smaller issue than expected, plus as negative as it is, smaller competitors won't have the same ability to recover and secure lower cost contracts as jdw.

I've a very small piece of my pie invested here, and had thought most of the funding dramas were over, but alas not.

I just wonder why if OTT hold a non-controlling % share they would cause chaos. Do they want to buy more shares haha

I've learned today that maybe its better to stick to shares traded in markets where holdings over 5% need reported. Apart from LoknStore - I've high hopes for it.

I'm trying to read up on whats happeneing here.

So far media is saying OTT say they have around 15% shareholding (or the option of this) and ICON are saying NO they don't (even know what OTT are on).

If anyone can update me so I don't have to read over 100 posts I would be thankful :)

Theres share like cine and iag that have bounced back more whenever a loss is still forecast.

Bab**** will be treating covid measures seriously so I expect profit to take a hit in the short to medium term. Nothing in the last rns that wasn't really to be expected.

These further lockdowns didn't help, but its happened so the board is dealing with it.

Bought a few more today. May go lower, but its a long-term hold for me. Its one of the last shares to yet recover a lot. Maybe for good reason, but still undervalued.

Shark this isn't a production well - its a test well with insurance in place - if anything happens its stenamax insurers I presume that payout. A cleanup crew will work provided they see proof of insurance.

A judge can't do didly squat about the test well, unless they want to say their government got their sums wrong.

Bab****s a bit like bp in that its a behemoth that is slow to turn direction and makes a ton of revenue, but % returns are not that high.

Fundamentals look good. What i don't get is how iag (ba's parent company) soars on good news like today, yet phtm wallows on sidelines. I guess its smaller and unnoticed, however theres much less negative equity in unused vending machines than unused airplanes! Probably more profit pre-covid in airlines too, but in my view phtm undervalued atm.

Its a paradox because the reason given for applying for a judicial review so late on in the process by rainbow warriors, is the exact same reason bpc can give for their operations being delayed and needing their licenses extended. Ie covid created a force majeure situation.

Any true judge will have to accept that they both have a valid argument, but the rainbow warriers are not seeking an extension to a jr application submitted in Feb or April, they are just getting off their furloughed backsides now. Yep agreed. Adrian: I can't imagine much movement on share price, though 2.75 seems realistic once judicial review drama out of the way. Brexit deal shouldn't really affect bpc (one little reason why I'm here, along with high hopes haha). And I don't equate 2.25 to 2.75 as much movement here as I'm in for boom or bust movements.

So... 3rd of Feb is roughly the earliest date we can expect test drilling and/or results to be completed. And latest date 2 weeks after that, unless weather is bad.
