Long shot but imagine if DS has to pay 1m - thats 50% of current market cap.
There are blaringly obvious grounds for criminal investigation, and manipulating the sp due to termination of greencastle contracts and the 3 amigo resigning all at same rns issue time.
I think it would be great if they done articles on exploration companies. But who knows. If he stays in media, creative thinking will be rewarded.
I just doubled my paper investment there now - me too JAdam! Its like the rollercoaster at alton, don't know whats coming next haha
Geologist in a media company. Can't be any worse that Greencastle capital's potential employees.
Mmm was tempted to sell there but yous all have me intrigued now. I'll just be patient here for now see whats cooking.
Seems reasonable Stach. Get revenue first then can consider more wells in the long-term
Oh wait, it gets better.
Greencastle capital ltd and greencastle tle ltd both have a correspondence address at?
Yep you guessed it: 27-28 eastcastle street london as well.
How can Greencastle part from iconic labs if they work from the same address.
Can someone near this address see if its just reception services or a proper office?
Greencastle capital website lists their address as 10 richmond mews london w1d 3dd. Anyone nearby to take their dog for a walk ;)
Liam Harrington is still listed as director of iconic labs uk ltd on companies house register, at 27-28 eastcastle street. Same address as for iconic labs ip ltd and nuuco media ltd and coalition media ltd (Liam still director of last 3 named companies as well).
I find it interesting that ex ceo of iconic labs John Quinlan is still registered as directors of nuuco media ltd, iconic labs ip ltd and iconic labs uk ltd.
Anyone live near greencastle capital offices to see if he and other 2 peeps are working there? I for one would donate to a pot for hire of an agency to investigate the outstanding monies owed and the abrupt change of directorship along with the parallel termination of key contracts.
I only have a tiny holding here tho I think the company at least (if not the ceo) ha± been trading on canadian exchange before it traded under aex. Hard to know whether to aveerage down or not
Cheers maqsood7 for advice
Trade on this is bonkers atm wish i was a mm, 24% spread
Thanks in4cedros - just read up on last share holdings rns so bpc likely got off with paying minimal amount (compared to if the sale had happened at current sp)
The only short-term downside (new news) I can forecast atm is if Lombard Odier sell remaining shares off 1798 volantis fund. Don't have time to dig out the remaining shares qty but bpc may have to pay them the difference to ensure they get the diffence between 2.3p per share and the average sales price. If they sell. They could still just hold onto them.
My take on it is that there is oil in bahamas, just bpc don't have the funding to drill any more test wells.
For a major drilling multiple wells they will have around a 40% success rate. My initial investment was more a gamble really. My avarage down investment is more long-term. Still risky but I'm happy enough with my position.
Predator oil and wentworth have been good to me (on paper) so far. Interesting that they have been doing much better lately than the oil majors. Maybe not as much green energy focus on the smaller players maybe. Whether now is a good time to buy them, is your decision.
I bought in more today. Fool or sensai, time will tell. Very big drop by market makers with little sp movement after. i'm in for long-term either way haha
Jumped in here today with a small holding in case I need to average down. Optimistic here as M&s imo is the only luxury shop open atm practically. Sales especially coming up to valentines day are high which should reflect on sp.
Just found the auctus one:
