People keep saying CO has been sellling for weeks.He has a notifiable interest so there is no evidence he is selling unless TR1 issued. Also people saying he is selling up due to no oil - i assume he knows no more than the rest of us if there is oil or not.

Why not just pay this guy off? Just look at Africa Intelligence article from 2013 - "members of presidents family, ministers, former generals" are all allegedly building their mining empires. PFP arent going to change that situation any time soon so accept and do a deal if that what it takes in that country.
