Maybe the co was right in saying it did not HAVE to raise now i.e. it had til Q4 to raise. I see the raise at no discount as a positive and it may stop investors worrying about a discounted placing and instead focus on the company activities

micro salt is just salt. So anyone can grind salt to a fine powder and have a similar product - they just cant call it micro salt
