Another point Rocket13 If AST are contemplating a no win no fee court case then AST shareholders should also be named
beneficiaries to this claim and contacted by the plaintiff for AST.
The court action, Is this a real option? It has been a long time since this was first raised as a possibility , In the CC It was suggested that end of year may turn up some response, but even the BOD added words to the effect as but don't hold your breath on this one. Maybe an industrial sabotage claim is a better way forward.
Bradis the Riverfort investment represented 15% of the share capital of AST at the time of placing, Even if the sold 1/2 of their investment the sp should only drop 7-8 % not a 50% drop in mcap.
Considering Riverfort paid 0.0275 at a 10% premium for these shares in mid September. Now running at more than a 50% decline, the BOD should be informing the market with a good reason as to why this is the case ?
You don't think these cheap shares are landing in Joe blogs account do you? You may get a few brave PI's take a chance
or LTH try and average down, but even that is not without the risk of this going further down the Swannee.
Limit is 12th per month, I would imagine that due to folk keeping tight hold due to persistent low share price, these shares are being used to grease some sweaty little palms ready for an upswing or to act as some form of hedging security . Placing price was 50% higher just 1 month ago at 0.0275 at a 10% premium. So come on what investment company sells 30k worth of shares for 15k?
H5O How and when did AST give money back to Riverfort? 393m shares are held in account any profit / loss is shared
details are in the RNS . https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/AST/ascent-resources-plc-completion-of-placing-1cpglzflsc55usk.html
Is it not public knowledge that the 393m shares can be sold under terms and conditions.
That would be approx 33m per month over the next 12 months / with any profit or loss shared 50/50.
If the shares under T&C's are being sold in to the market then 5m chunks would fit in to the above scenario. If that is whats happening !! Anyone know what the T&C's are?
Yes I agree, This CC was a total none committal to anything that was raised, The lack of any upbeat mood was also very apparent and noticeable, A very poker faced affair. I would say there must be a reason for this stance. I think we will soon see the reasoning for this play acting and what this is all about. It just wasn't normal behaviour to call a CC and then provide a lacklustre performance after a 2 week buildup.
The questions have been requested by 11th Oct at 17:30. The CC will go over questions raised by that time and date with answers already scripted, matching what they are about to divulge or have decided to divulge in the future. Any surprises good or bad are with the shareholders not the BOD.
Questions: Think we all need update, future funding, future plans, future legal proceedings.
Re: EIA, Re-entry and legal proceedings.
Production future plans & - INA Contract.
Future will AST build a processing plant they have IPPC granted. Funding ?
