Hey In2win, who wold have known how the past 6 months have panned out ? Who would have expected the government's of the world to shell out the 1000's billions they have trying to get a grip on this situation. Keep the faith old boy, the world is relying on things turning positive in the near future. One way or another everyone is being taken by this disaster sonami at the moment. Many peoples lives are like paper boats in a storm drain at the moment.
This 600k was being raised back in December 19 further details on this link.

The 50m invested is still invested, The project is still a project, the asset is still in place and now EIA is being worked on with field development plan. and the https://www.worldoil.com/news/2019/4/10/ascent-resources-has-been-approved-to-install-processing-plant-at-peti%C5%A1ovci-slovenia. The new directors are working to resolve this hold up.
I expected that to invoke some reaction from you pennydealer. Not sure why you keep track of this share ?? your posts are very negative so you must see yourself as the guardian angel warning others considering investing in GUN. Folk are going through a very sticky patch these days, folk also being the directors. At least they are not just sitting waiting for some good luck that never happens.
485k already raised 115k to follow. Business now able to navigate these difficult times without any further hit to share price.
A bit of good news would be welcome now. These further warrants (1 for every 3) priced at 1.3p must be part of the good news flow plan. They become an incentive to buy once the share price rises above 1.3, so news must be expected to make this happen. Placee's full take up would be a further 436k for 20% slice of the pie. Could this invoke a takeover ?
Resolution required through ECT. Why? because the dispute can not be resolved by an associated party that can not vote against its own administration. That would be like 1922 committee voting against the conservative party. It just doesn't happen this sort of thing goes on all over the world and that's why the treaty is in place. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_Charter_Treaty
The Company is in the process of beginning preparations for submission of an EIA, alongside the stimulation and field development planning which was initiated recently. ?? EIA If its being done then the court decision is confirmation that its required. so AST say OK we have preparations in place to do a EIA, but you have changed the rules and moved the goal posts so we are taking this up within the Energy Charter Treaty rules.
I would agree but the current system of paying money to folk for keeping safe wont last for much longer, We all need to start working smarter than the brown envelope method in the future. Not many can see an alternative to this current situation, its now become a necessity to find low risk ways to make or save money.
Well the asset is worth 200m and the investment so far 50m, The plant to clean the gas to domestic use quality has been given the nod and part of the 50m invested could be recycled to pay for this plant (how) AST are able to recover the 50m from sales upfront, as they already have a route, a contract and the ability to supply INA . Low risk, just require government agreement to stimulation wells with planned already tried and tested methods.

with just 75m shares and some decent new projects they can turn this heifer about.
PS The Company had net assets at 31 January 2020 of £1,721,000 (31 January 2019: £2,175,000) including cash balances of £225,000 (31 January 2019: £543,000). mcap of £633,427.5905 is rather low considering the potential.
