During an interview a point was made about shorting ... db's answer to that was " no I don't think ujo will be a target of shorters as the sp could easily jump massively on news... ie " " " and who would risk a short on that.

You need to wait until deal is struck ... no info until deal is done... could be any day... need to wait. ..deal in the making... no info until deal is done... info will be released when deal is done... done deal then info...... info 2nd deal 1st...wait for news after deal.... deal then info.....information on done deal will follow deal done...
legally not allowed to blab during negotiations.... it would be called insider information..... their is a legal system called RNS to inform the market at the same time after you guessed it after the deal is done. Wait.

Well us that have invested here see a different picture to you lot that do not own a share of UJO....
We see ; some sort of deal going on in the background that can not be talked about as it's insider information , once the deal is stuck (hopefully a good one for ujo) they will then be able to tell us in a formally regulated way ie an RNS.
And the rest of you that are not a part of this do not see this picture.

What you said is slanderous.
Actually there was a leak about the placing taking place , the leak did damage to the SP and therefore the placing had to take place at a lower price.
The investigation into the cause of the leak is ongoing and I hope damages will be awarded from the individual to blame.
BUT moving on;

DB legally can't tell us .

Just my thoughts It must be that Mr DB can not tell us as it's price sensitive ! I should imagine it's another good deal coming for us at ujo . Mr DB plays buy the rules but is great at working a deal.

So with news imminent on wressel (some day after the 12th dec) the sp will be a lot higher than this if it gets the 'tick in a box '
So how does the placing price get effected ?
