Tbh it's utterly pathetic and bordering on insanity to keep it up for years. If you make investment decisions based on the opinions of others you deserve all you get. I think it's fairly obvious that 'down to earth' is 'finance thoughts' and neither poster should be taken at all seriously. Unless they can forward sell say some silver I don't think they'll be taking this forward to get a measured resource, the money just ain't there in the market. Right now it looks like they're tidying up losses ends to sell earlier rather than later.

Your post may have been NoEasy but maybe the other 12 that voted with a thumbs down haven't been so impressed? I have no problem with Brad posting TLOU related stuff and as you have said some of it has been valuable and good quality research which I applaud.

I saw that Newbie but there was no updated NPV figure and we all know that much work has derisked this project which clearly must impact the NPV and I was asking when the initial brokers note came out so we can weigh up what actually has been achieved since that $110 million valuation.

I posted about 8 months ago for Brad to stop posting unrelated stuff on here and got loads of thumbs down and posts telling me I was out of order. That apparent approval of his posts probably spurred him on to keep doing that very thing. Now apparently the rest of you have finally had enough too. And to Brad don't take it personally coz it's not personal. Lots of people are in multiple shares, to read 2 or 3 BB's of multiple shares is hard enough but when they are filled with unrelated stuff it can end up taking far too long. It's as simple as that. As I advised several months back, maybe find a forum for your every day stuff that you like to talk about. Maybe start your own blog?

When was that broker note issued that attributed an NPV of $110 million dollars?

I'm thinking it's about time that was updated by our broker! If LR is disappointed with our share price what better way to demonstrate that progress has been made (so far not seen in the share price) than by showing today's NPV? Get onto the broker we pay for Lawrence and tell them to pull their finger out!
