I've seen it with so many companies, especially where a director was brought up in an era where instantaneous news and social media weren't the norm. They just don't seem to get the connection between regular, timely newsflow and shareprice.

The thing is as every investor should know (Colin!) the higher you keep shareprices in pre revenue companies the less you have to dilute shareholders when it comes time to raise money. It's such a simple concept yet one that so many directors ignore probably thinking they have more important grown up work to do but nothing could be further from the truth in this day and age. By the time you get a company into profit you have billions of shares sloshing around. Maybe they don't give a f*** as they're gonna cream it in anyway with share options but that's an extremely selfish way to run a company when people are investing their hard earned money.

Alfie the block listing wasn't for a placing it is for when peeps want to convert warrants! You have to have the shares ready to issue should people convert and if the price is above the warrant price then it means all is going well. How do you even function as an investor when you don't know this? Warrant cash will top up their coffers no placing needed.

My interpretation from that quote direct from the rns that they could just be talking about gas wells to get their data centre running or expanded. It doesn't directly stipulate that they will fund tlou's other endeavours like the grid connection or more gas wells for the grid and this is what worries me. Supposing they're only willing to loan monies to expand the data centre that they directly benefit from? This is the problem with the opaqueness of this agreement. If you can get an email reply to the effect that Kala are on board with loaning money for ALL aspects of the business then I'll be happy (although I'd rather have that in a clearly worded rns) but until either of those missives arrive i will remain healthily sceptical and so should you.

Ten cores were taken in one day on the Morant basin, if they continue at that pace then piston core sampling will be completed by Friday. Let's give them an extra day and call it the end of the month. 3 to 4 weeks after that is the end of March not the end of April, not early May or mid 2026 get it?

Alfie why do you keep repeating that results are due mid 2026? That is for full results fully integrated with all their other data. Preliminary results will come much sooner either by end of March or early April and will confirm whether there is an active hydrocarbon system or not and the quality of it.

The company is fully cashed up for the whole of 2026 and either a buyout or farm in is expect by mid 2026 long before cash is needed. As stated if a buyout then cash won't be needed as a major would buy the whole company and if a farm in we'll get back several million dollars as a percentage of already sunk costs ($40 M spent in total) so circa $8 M

Don't forget the company will also be receiving money from warrants being converted so to my mind there is no chance of a cash raises given that we'll have results late March / Early April.
