Yes it is a long drawn out process built into the system by the establishment for removing illegals. Built in for that very reason so people like yourself can use it as some excuse. Well every person who came with no documentation is a criminal and that is the law. So no appeals no free lawyers no hotels, just the choice to go home or spend 2 years in a prison cell and then deportation.

Any country not wishing to take their own back well lets us see, lose any rights for visas, foreign aid, their airlines and shipping will be denied the right to land or birth. And any person from such a country with dual nationality will either have to relinquish one nationality. Remittances sent to such countries will be illegal . Anyone who received British nationality and breaks any serious laws will lose that passport they will then face deportation.

Any one applying to come to the UK would need to fulfill rather stricter requirements than be able to cook a curry.

Any immigration into the UK would be as it once was, directed to people with either a blood connection to the UK or having the required nesse
