Critical thinking or the lack of it21 Sep 2024 11:35
Well weekend again and the pony is having a rest.
So lets look at the week gone, we see a government that spent 14 years in opposition doing nothing but net working with wealthy people. Off whom most by some chance are Muslims !
Were they doing some critical thinking concerning the mistakes being made by the Tories, we can say with justification no. They could point out the Tory mistakes, at the time, but never it seems gave any serious thought of how to rectify them.
The most obvious problem was and is immigration, what actual thinking did thy give to dealing with illegal immigration IF THEY REALLY WANTED TO STOP IT? answer none. They had years to come up with a planed solution and we have a watered down version of Rwanda being planed for Albania ! Dealing with the crime gangs well that is not doing much is it.
In reality they want the European countries to get tough, so they can ride the wave and say look we did it.
The nations debt, likewise got as much critical thinking as the Illegal immigrants did. So many of our politicians in all parties seem to have the carbon copy degree, PPE- Politics- Philosophy -Economics, the Philosophy part deals with the thinking of things, critically -thinking which is beyond them.
We can see that this government like the last actually gave no thought to dealing with anything, no planning as shown with the fictious 1.5 million homes in five years. That blackhole, appeared after the election , but everything prior to the election was funded, work that out!
Labour had an assessment made of the possible come if they cut the winter fuel allowance but refused to publish it ! Why, because it had the same result as the one they had had made, when the Tories were in power, ie people dying. OK to die under Labour?
Does anyone really think that Starmer, Reeves and Rayner are capable of critical thinking?
Starmer the stain down the toilet, is a lawyer, a profession not known for producing great societal/political thinkers. He cannot even discern why people are in up roar over his sponging of the wealthy, his response is "all MPs do it" what a pathetic response from a lawyer. In a court would his defence of a shop lifter be, "Your honour everyone does it so set my client free" unbelievable, but he really want to drop his mates in it too!
Which brings us to the governments advisers all again holding that PPE degree and housed within the corridors of Whitehall.
A country being destroyed by amateurs .
