As I have said prior I started work at 15 years of age, so at 15yrs I had 50yrs of work in front of me.

Today no one seems to start work until 18yrs or in their early 20s so why should they retire at 65 years of age. Retiring in their late 60s or 70 sounds right. Perhaps if the lazy younger generation actually did some work, you could get your pension. I mean you are on this board very often. What work do you do? your not tired out, at the end of the day.

On the budget, it could be good cop/bad cop- playing out.

Insinuate that the budget is going to be bad, but it turns out not to be so bad, people say thanks for that and they are not a bad a lot.

The other side is, that if the budget is not that bad then the economy that was passed to them is not that bad !

I do not think they will attack banks in the budget this year, the litmus test is, what if the banks produce nice juicy profits next year or after and how much money they need to steal. So rather than pay a windfall tax the banks could manoeuvre to making less actual profit in the future, they make to much and they get taxed (we get taxed ) the dividend could be taxed via CGT, or any buy backs could get taxed. So many ways to skin a cat.

The countries wealth is £15 TRILLION of which 1/3 is the homes we live in, then they say that we are wealthy ! So force house prices down and we will be less wealthy, do they want the prices up or down?

They want affordable homes, then remove all stamp duty on homes of a certain value and I do not mean the paltry amount they allow now.

As I responded prior no one can stop you gaining access to carry our repairs to your property.

Ask your neighbour politely if you can access their land to under take repairs, agree a time for access and how long the work will take . If he refuses then get a solicitor to write to them, giving the solicitor the full scope of the required works to be undertaken. Ask the solicitor to explain that leaving repairs makes could make the situation worse, for which they could be held liable!

No one can stop you doing maintenance, to keep your property in good repair.

They could stop you using their land to assist in say building an extension.

So as long as you do the work safely preferably in agreement they can do nothing.

But you must leave the property as found.

And some of the problems the Tories had, were inherited from Labour, mass immigration a growing Human Rights laws, to protect those immigrants ! and that contentious Winter Fuel Payment of all things !

Remember Reeves is supposed to be an economist ex-banker, but it appears that she could she not read or understand the information provided by the Treasury or even published on the Gov, websites . She had contacts with the treasury.

Things to remember about political parties.

1. They do not contain our best people, no way near.

4. Each party knows the exact state of the countries finances, they lie when they say different, the connection between MPs and the civil service are intertwined, just look to Reeves, her husband is a top civil servant whom even had a top post in the treasury. MPs and civil servants either friends or related that is what keeps these parasites in position.

On the ability of MPs a Certain ED Balls was said to be the real economic thinker behind Gordon Brown, well look at him now, he has been on a dance show and now introduces a morning TV programme, Gold Sachs did not bother head hunting him then. On the other hand his brother runs the Pimco hedge Fund, labour picked the wrong Balls it seems.
