I am reminded by the recent verdict by the panel of judges headed by Judge Bean and its complicity in setting aside the previous judgement concerning the Bell Hotel in Epping.

Entering the UK illegal IS a criminal offence, destroying documentation for the purpose of hiding your identity prior to entering the UK is an offence .

According to Home Office figures 98% of those arriving illegally have destroyed their documentation, making them illegal immigrants.

They are open to prosecution but we know the establishment never would do that.

They could have nipped this in the bud years ago (the Tories) by throwing out those without documentation.

If you apply for a visa to enter the UK any criminal convictions are looked at, what type of crime, the severity and any sentence given.

So apply for a visa and you committed some crime it will be accessed, type of crime, severity of the crime and any sentence given.

Arrive her illegally and commit a serious crime and you can use the possible punishment that you might receive back home if deported as a plea to stay here, that is the law of asylum institute !
