Yes, the experts were at it again last night comparing the drought of 1976 with today's lack of rain/water.
But the experts, the media, the politicians, and water companies never mention the increase in population, from 1976 until the present day the population has grown with the insistence of all political parties.
A person uses around 8 gallons per day on average, If I remember correctly so for 1 million extra in the population we need 8 million gallons of water per day, 56 million gallons per week, 2,912.000.000 gallons per year. Multiply the last figure by 12! and the population is said to increase by 250.000 per year for the next ten years.
But when we are on water rationing it will be our fault because we use oil and gas!.
