Low EPC ratings will give renters less freedom of choice. so this pathetic labour gov moans about landlords... at the same time wanting to take properties out of the market giving less places to rent

yes plenty could go our way. as for BTC it's obvious governements and banks dont want it cos they want to push their own coins :( but hopefully thats going to flop long term. I was never keen how it dominates the whole maket so its too easy to push the price down when the greedy whales want a profit... hope QBT do well
