hardly the point... i have friends who dont have much money and dont have any more money to buy another car. and why should they? do they really need a permit to make a journey... khans plans are well known and that is to have paid for toll roads and probably road pricing... who is going to afford or that?

let alone the cost to buisnesses...

good point but so many have been brainwashed... they want LTNs even in areas where the air is relatively clean... all very sinister... when the argument coming up poorer people cant afford newer / electric cars thats pushed aside by the selfish green agenda
