Answer: fundraise and get another site because there are other contracts waiting to be signed.

They would never have raised money so quickly and so cheaply if they didn’t have to show the client that they CAN produce the goods.

The cut off would be up to the company which still hasn’t outlined who qualifies but it will likely be people who held shares in the company by close of yesterday but my guess is it will be whoever held at the time of weighted average up to that date they have raised. So in theory we don’t exactly know but certainly you will not qualify I’m afraid.
