Sang - you are missing the obvious, no one forced their hand to take OF loan. Think for a second….Companies who are not making any money, they should never take loans especially biotechs. Always raise the fund with dilution. Yes, you can get diluted to death by similar charlatans but atleast it’s not sudden lights out.

Sang - Putting aside my vocal misgivings about 4d, I have been saying for a long time that they will need to raise, when the SP suddenly ran into late 30s and 40s thought then the funding was about to come and posted my thoughts about 35p. The reality is far worse, they should have done a raise then at the least. Now, it’s got an anchor around its neck, and every one knows a raise will have to happen and that too at far lower levels and I suspect it will be sub 10p. This is incompetence of the highest order.

How many staff do they employ? Salary raise a cross the company or just the senior management?
