Well it isn't if it was a deliberate liquidity event to let certain people sell .... pretty successful one at that I would say. Anyway, this is just an opinion, let's see what happens in the next week or so. Nothing is straight forward with this share.

The comparison with IOG is unfair. They have a very credible partner on board and operationally something that can go wrong has gone wrong there. Having debt is part and parcel of the game.

PRD cannot be compared to anyone as they play continuous bait and switch. Who would provide £10m credit to PRD let alone £100m... no one!! The unprofessional CEO who seems to think he can hoodwink people into giving him £150m without due diligence... That in itself should tell us something about the mental state of the CEO.

He should have done the interview after receiving the letter. Seems like an exercise to pacify the existing shareholders, potentially new one like myself will just wait on the sidelines till the letter is sent and we find why the clinical hold was placed.

6 months into the year... no testing or any well completed.

Task on Jan 1 was to drill Mou-2 and test Mou-1 and Mou-2 if successful.

Raised cash, lot of inconsistent gibberish from PG but no drilling or testing for almost 4 months.

How would you rate their performance and any likelihood that they actually do any activity at all before Q4.

Anyone care to comment on when they are expecting to start phase 1 once the IND approval is out of the way.... 2023 or 2024?

Let me turn it on you... why do you think anything will come to a conclusion with drill and testing completed in the next 6 months?

What you really need to pay attention to is the list of excuses or change of plan ... are they future focussed or describing the past. He is still going on about supply chain excuse in the latest PR debacle.... so no I don't expect anything to finish anytime soon.

I was proven right on the "the regulatory proccess for explosives" excuse..... has anything happened on that regard? But conveniently another method has been found... I thought they had expertise in drilling, why didn't they think of that in Feb?...

Remember, at the start of Jan, the tasks were to drill mou-2 and test mou-1 and mou-2 (if successful). But here we are at the end of Month 4 of the year, no idea when testing will be complete for mou-1, and mou-2 has effectively been abandoned.

With so much confirmation bias... no wonder the rinse and repeat of throwing dead cat on the table is so easily done here...

Yes why any need to drill and complete anything or flow test anything when you can flog it all to some mystery buyer who will not do any due diligence and just hand you over the money......

If something could go wrong, it goes wrong for this company... Unbelievably bad luck or incompetence, I like to think it is the former.

Porky - Good to know that you finally got round to realising that 4D had no novelty in their technology. You should have listened to me then.

Anyway, for once I agree with your sentiment here. The CEO is clearly out of her depth and it's the case of blind leading the blind. They are faffing around in the dark trying to hold onto something, but the fact remains their tech is worthless and desperate times call for desperate measures and hence they are turning into a CRO. Who invested in this company hoping it would be a CRO?

Nigel - That tells a story in itself. There is narrative that is being peddled and everyone is expected to just buy in to that blind and not question anything when timelines slip massively.

So no progress and you are not allowed to ask the questions why?.... Rather lets just avoid the obvious and play along to the tune happily and never ask any questions as to why are things not progressing and where and when will PG complete the task he set out at the start of 2023.

And then people here rave about the country knowledge, professionalism and competence of the BOD. They have demonstrated anything but that since I bought shares back in Jan.
