On GGP's current cash pile of around A$550m, company should be recieving over A$20m in annual interest alone 🤑 with no debt therefore £0 finance costs. INCREDIBLE.

By end of year over A$40m annual interest will be coming in 😬 quite a significant amount on its own.

Quarter 3 (end of sept) will tip us around the A$1 Billion mark cash pile, incredible.

Pretty much been over A$5000 all of Q2.

If production remained the same as Q1, free cash flow generated would give us a cash balance of A$650m-A$680m, with ZERO Debt.

So equity value is circa £1.5Bln

So currently valued at just 3x FCF LOL

A close friend bought 374k shares yesterday at 13.85p , he said he is not bothering with the retail offer, guessing you would get didly squat anyway.

With the investor roadshow Shaun has done, I bet he already knows the demand and a rough estimate of price already

Kevin0541 - agree, placing to retail is insignificant. However Newmonts sale is extremely significant, it's more than 10% of all greatland shares. We need institutions to take up 10% of the entire issued share capital. These people have a habit of making money, and they will want a sweetener no doubt.

Just want the next few weeks to be over and finally move on from all this AIM rubbish.

And the other uncertainty is what 'discount' will all these institutions want to take on Newmont's 10% holding they want to sell?? This is what will dictate the retail offer price.

Depending on the price, how can someone make a judgement how many to buy through rhe retail offer???

If say 13.5p, I want to top up £1000, at 12.5p I want £5000, at 11.5p I'd want £10000, at 14p, I'm not too interested either way. How can anyone make a decision without knowing the price. Or have I got this wrong.

I think many don't understand and appreciate the jackpot greatland hit. Speed, risks, execution all elimanated with 1 deal.

1. Speed - Instantly available. How many years would it have taken to build a new processing facility.

2. Cost - how much would this have cost A$1.5-2 Billion? Overruns

3. Execution - things can go wrong. Delays.

4. Known performance and track record

5. Establish infrastructure and permits

6. Experienced workforce on the go from minute 1.

Can you even think of what this would cost, how long it would take, delays, stress, headaches, execution risk, permits, years put from producing. And all the other infrastructure and support services that come with setting something like this up.

Incredible we own this entire infrastructure, just mind blowing. I guess its who you know, with the likes of Shaun, Andrew Forrest and all the relationships out world class BOD have, seems like a deal of a lifetime. I dont think I have come across such a game changing deal for a company on LSE like this one, it's truly remarkable.

Regardless if the gold price goes up, you said its a ponzi scheme, a scam and a placing is coming. So what does the price of gold have to do with anything??

Not only we will have extended trading for nearly 2/3rd of the day across AIM and ASX

Greatland will also continue trading throughout some of the UK bank holidays, as it won't be in Australia 😉
