Complication and for shareholders the exciting part is the multiple interest, and potential for a bidding war. So will be negotiations, what the board wants, what the major holders looking for. I can take a quick stab at this.

In the IC article published yesterday it states some some peers are valued at 6x revenue.

IF Audioboom revenue next year was sat around £88m, and with only 17.9m shares, valued similar to their peers at 6x revenue, that would give circa £30 a share. Not too far fetched after all!!!
