I personally think it’s very strange how Zelensky asked US not to sanction Abramovich and they didn’t out of all the thousands that did get sanctioned, I can see Zelensky asking the EU and the UK to unsanction Abramovich in the near future and then maybe Evraz will be unsanctioned also.
